Jamin Thompson’s journey began on the tennis courts of Baltimore, Maryland, where his exceptional talent quickly propelled him to become the number 1 ranked junior tennis player in the United States.
Training alongside fellow junior stars Andy Roddick, Venus, and Serena Williams at the prestigious Rick Macci Tennis Academy, he soon made a name for himself on the international stage.
Representing Team USA in the Junior Davis Cup World Championships and achieving a world ranking while still in high school, Thompson’s early career was marked by impressive accomplishments and an unyielding work ethic.
Transitioning from tennis, Thompson’s athletic physique and dynamic presence caught the attention of Hollywood. As a fitness model, he has appeared in high-profile national commercials for Nike, Under Armour, ESPN, and more.
His influence also extended across the pages of leading publications like Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, Inside Fitness, Men’s Journal, and Bodybuilding.com, inspiring millions to pursue healthier, more active lifestyles.

Jamin is also the Founder of several technology and research companies, including Deimos-One, Starlab, Redshift, and Fifty Fathoms, where he spearheads the development of some of the world’s most advanced technology.
At Deimos-One, Thompson oversees the development of autonomous space vehicles. The company is developing AI-powered spacecraft to conduct complex missions in near-space environments.
In addition to Deimos-One, Thompson also founded Starlab, a deep-tech research facility dedicated to advancing space science and technology.
Starlab serves the U.S. government and commercial customers with responsive and reliable data analysis, warfighting intelligence, and space systems support.
